Ingredients:
- 100 ml of lightly sweetened (or bitter) espresso coffee
- 375 gr of ricotta cheese
- 225 gr of Greek yogurt
- 60 gr of powdered sugar
- ladyfingers biscuits
- cocoa powder
Prepare the coffee and cream
First, prepare the espresso coffee (if you like, flavor it with a dash of rum or some cinnamon powder). In a bowl, process the ricotta and powdered sugar until they become a cream. Then add the Greek yogurt and continue mixing until the mixture is lump-free.
Assemble the ingredients
Now you need to assemble the ingredients. Take a baking pan and spread a layer of ladyfingers, after quickly soaking them in the now-cooled coffee. Cover with a first layer of cream. Arrange more coffee-soaked ladyfingers and top with another layer of cream. Repeat the steps until all the cream is used up. The last touch is missing: on top of the last layer of cream, sprinkle a little bit of bitter cocoa. Place your Tiramisu back in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours before serving.
